How can we help you grow in your love for Jesus?
We are based in the driftless area in Viroqua Wisconsin. We are involved in many different churches and christian events and gatherings in the area, such as: Worship nights, Bible studies, youth groups, evangelizing efforts, missions and much more.
Our vision is to provide a space where anyone can come and grow in their relationship with Jesus. Whether that be getting their first bible, to meeting with someone for coffee to talk about the gospel, all the to worshiping with hundreds of people and talking to non christians on the street.
At A Saved Sinner Ministries, we believe in the importance of keeping God first and letting Him lead our efforts in growing His kingdom. Yes we all come from different backgrounds but we are one in Christ. Our goal is to show others the love of Jesus and draw people closer to Him.
Our goal is to help all people grow in anyway we can, we have mentors that can disciple you or someone you know. We have people that will just go out to coffee and talk with you. We have connections to many Bible studies and multiple youth groups for your kids. We can get you biblically sound resources and find a solid church for you. Want to gather and worship with other believers, join evangelizing groups, or get baptized we have resources and opportunities for you. This ministry is completely free and non profit to those involved our sole purpose is to help others grow in their walk with Jesus.
Will You go to Heaven or Hell when you die? Have you broken any of Gods 10 commandments? Have you lied, stolen, used God's name in vain or lusted? Of course we all have the bible says "none are good not one". If you die in your sins, you will end up in a terrible place called Hell. But there is good news! Though we broke Gods holy law, His Son Jesus paid that fine for us by dying on the cross: "for God so loved the world that He gave His only son for whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16). Then after 3 days Jesus rose from the dead and was seen by hundreds, He fulfilled all the prophecies of the promised saviors. Please, today, repent and trust is Jesus, and God will forgive you and grant you the free gift or eternal life.

Is there a God? A Creator? This is the oldest question, a question humans have had forever. When people ask this question it usually is paired with age of the earth, and evolution, I will not get into those today. Now the secular view on this question is “no” which that answer then means everything came from nothing. Which scientifically is impossible. Parmenides once said “nothing cannot exist because to speak of nothing is to speak of something that exists”. So how can you tell me that nothing produced everything? In Fact the big bang theory proved this because in order for the “big bang” to occur you need something to make the “big bang” thus why Einstein died an agnostic. Just like the analogy of a painting has a painter, and building has a builder, so how can all of creation not have a creator? Another thing to think about is morals, if there is no God there is no absolute set of morals. For example during WW2 in Germany, the societal law shaped by the societal morals, allowed Hitler to do what he did toll free, if an atheist is honest with their beliefs they by definition have to admit what Hitler did wasn’t absolutely wrong. If there is no God who created us in their image then we as humans have no more inherent value than any other living thing such as dogs, birds and grass. So an honest atheist would have to believe what Hitler did is equal to mowing your own lawn.
How can we trust the bible? A very important question, for starters the bible isn't just 1 book but 66 and was written by about 40 people across 1500 years, not only that but it has 65,000 cross references and zero contradictions. Now does the bible have different perspectives? Yes! This doesnt hurt its reliability but just the opposite, see if the bible had zero changes in perspective it would be very suspicious. Just like if you had four witnesses to a crime and when interviewed they all said the same thing word for word, you would know they conspired beforehand, but if they all said something just a little bit different and still without contradicting statements makes their story a lot more reliable. In the New Testament alone we have about 5,800 manuscripts, where other “religious” books from that time period have only a few 100. Also the Bible isn't written as a fairy tale, with imaginary places and people but just the opposite as it uses real places and real people who can be identified outside of the Bible. I challenge you to read the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John and read it as history.
God is a holy and just God meaning He has a perfect and Holy law (the 10 commandments). Since God is perfect He can not be around sin, Hell is simply eternal separation from God. Say you have murdered someone and stand before the judge and say “if you are truly good you will let me go”. We know if the judge were to let you go he would be an evil and corrupt judge, and thus you go to jail because you deserve it. Now we only go to Hell if we break God's law, the bible says “no one is good, not one”. We all deserve Hell because we all broke His law, also He doesn't send us to Hell we chose to be separated from Him through our sin and disobedience, but because He loves us and wants to have a relationship with us He sent his only Son to be the savior of the world if we put our trust in Him and repent of our sins.

The battle between good and evil is always a hard one to answer because it is usually connected with deep personal hurt. Lets define “good”, dictionary.com defines it as morally excellent and pure. With that being said none are “good”, so the question really is: Why do bad things happen to innocent people? Why did my daughter die in that accident? Why did my mom get cancer? Well to be honest with you I don’t know why that happened to you, I don't know why God allowed that, but I do know that we live in a fallen and sinful world where evil things happen. If you look at the book of Job you see a ton of suffering yet he did nothing wrong. Look at Jesus He was the only “good” person to walk the earth. Completely free of all sin yet He suffered and died a cruel death. While we respond with anger, revenge or questions about God's goodness, He said this in Luke 23:34 “And Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do””. We have to come to realize and accept there will always be pain and suffering until we die because of our fallen world, as Paul said in Philippians 1:21 “for to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain”.
This question is one of the most important questions to ask and shapes Christianity, in short yes! Was Jesus fully human? Yes! Was Jesus fully God? Yes! John 1:1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” What was or who was the Word? John 1:17b “grace and truth came through Jesus Christ” Right here is a clear reference to the divinity of Christ, but where did He claim to be God. John 8:58 “Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I am” in Exodus 3:14 Moses is talking to God and asks Him what he should call Him and God says this “God said to Moses, “I am who I am .” And he said, “Say this to the people of Israel: ‘I am, has sent me to you.”. When Jesus says “I am” He is directly quoting this verse and the Jews that He was talking to knew this and that's why they went to stone Him. What people also don’t think about is the fact that if Jesus was just a man and not God then that would make Him sinful by nature and thus not be a good enough sacrifice for our sins, then we would still be dead in our transgressions.
